“Avant, black-browes” is a phrase, which originated in Cervantes' epic Don Quixote, or at least in Thomas Shelton's 1620 translation - Cervantes Saavedra's History of Don Quixote:
"You are like what is said that the frying-pan said to the kettle, 'Avant, black-browes'." The phrase comes to mind, when Indian propaganda gimmicks blame ISI for personal misconduct. Indian Army is known for its anti social activities and libidinal waywardness. This is mainly due to their extraordinary legal empowerment and prolonged employment on internal security (IS) duties in Indian occupied Kashmir and freedom seeking units of North Easterly States of India. In order to suppress the separatist movements in India the Security Forces use torture and rape as a weapon to make an impact. The authorities intentionally overlooked the brutal methods of dishonoring females by soldiers. This encouraged the officers/troops to develop undesirable behavior with strong pulse to illegally indulge in shadowy activities to gratify their animal instinct. Resultantly Army culture went upbeat to develop illicit relations with females accepting womanizing as a social norm. Hence, the pattern of Army's misconduct is glaringly observed when Indian Army is assigned to perform duties abroad including individual officers' assignments. UN Commission found DNA evidence of children born to Congo women, having distinct Indian features. UN authorities are putting pressure on Indian Government to investigate the issue.
It is comic that the Indian Army insinuates that Pakistani spy agency "ISI" is to be blamed for its woes. To protect a career officer of Indian Army employed as Instructor in Bangladesh Staff College but caught with his pants down with a Bangladeshi woman by some vigilant eye of camera. The plea taken by the officer appears to be good maneuvering by the accused to blame ISI and get free of self created defamation not only for India but for Bangladesh as well. Will Indian officials learn some lessons to discipline their Army having wild libido and uncontrolled animal instinct or would they keep blaming ISI? Besides the instances mentioned above, Indian armed forces officers have been caught on grounds of moral turpitude in the past too. In 2009, Commodore Sukhjinder Singh, a married naval officer who was posted in Moscow, was photographed with a Russian woman in compromising poses. The photographs made it in to the public domain but there was no suggestion they were related to a blackmail attempt. The Navy fired him earlier last year for the affair.
Indian armed forces and their spy agency RAW have indulged in smear campaigns against the ISI and Pakistan Armed Forces far too long. They have orchestrated fake counter terrorism operations, in which phony terrorists have been killed and presented to the Indian media as Pakistanis. Last year Indian Army along with their Media started another campaign to defame Pakistan’s Army and ISI by claiming that they had captured a Terrorist named as Nisar Ahmed from Jammu and Kashmir. Indian Army claimed that the “Captured Terrorist” Nisar Ahmed is From Karachi and was sent to Jammu and Kashmir along with another group, trained at Mansehra. Indian Army’s Lieutenant General SA Husnain GOC 15 Corps proudly appeared before the media with a lot of chest thumping and backslapping describing to the media how his men captured Nisar Ahmed.
In the past, Kashmiri youth, arrested on trumped up charges, have been killed in fake encounters and presented as terrorists to gain accelerated promotions and rewards. No wonder that the Indian Army Chief is demurring and dragging his feet regarding the rescinding of the draconian Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA), which is a dreaded law that allows the army in Indian-administered Kashmir to shoot on the basis of mere suspicion. International groups like Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, and local rights groups have repeatedly asked the Indian government to revoke the AFSPA and other draconian laws in Kashmir, such as the Public Safety Act that allows the government to hold people under "preventive custody" for two years without trial.
It would be advisable for the Indians to look inwards and check their own machinations and malpractices rather than criticizing Pakistan and ISI ala Shakespeare: "The raven chides blackness." The pot cannot keep calling the kettle black to hide its weaknesses.

I was prompted to highlight this issue because people were going crazy on the social media specially facebook over the blasphemous anti-Islamic film.  Yes, the film is blasphemous and the makers of the film should be punished because there is a clear difference between freedom of speech and hate speech.
