Pakistan can never be Madina E Saani

Pakistan is a land loved by many and lived in by millions. It has been witnessed in the past --and somewhat in the present age – that the origin of the name (word) “Pakistan” has had many different accounts of its creators/inventors. Known to be the most accurate of all accounts, is the one of the much respected Chaudhry Rehmat Ali. Others have the concept that the word “Pakistan” was given to the Muslims of India, after the success of Lahore resolution in 1940, by the Hindus of the subcontinent and was then used by Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in his presidential address to the All India Muslim League annual session at Delhi on 24 April 1943. Whatever may be the origin, the Muslims got their own land to practice their religion Islam, and to maintain their traditions. The thing that should be emphasized upon is that the country was created in the name of Islam. 

Knowing the origin is one thing, but naming the country or the name itself to something else and to consider it something different, based on some conceptual facts is ANOTHER. 

Now, what has been happening a lot nowadays, and is on the rise, is the use of the word “Madina e S’aani” for Pakistan. It must be noted here that the concept behind this word (Madina e S’aani) is not --what some would consider –literal. Madina- is an Arabic word and stands for “city” and “S’aani” which stands for “second/another”. The concept behind this word is that, as Pakistan has a history of one of the world’s largest migrations, therefore it is very much similar to Madina Al-Munawwara, which also has been carrying its ancient history of the migration of the Muslims of Makkah to the city of Madina Al-Munawwara. A contributing factor to this concept is that Allah (SWT) and Prophet Muhammad (SAW) have their countless blessings on this country, which has saved it from the enemy/external threats numerous times. 

A logical, religiously evident and educated consideration would eventually yield the statements as counter-replies to these concepts, if and only if one chooses to know the right from wrong.

One of the largest evidences (and replies) to the concept of so-called “Madina e S’aani” are those authentic and popular Ahadith which quote the arrival (entrance) of Dajjal in every land on this planet, except the cities of Madina and Makkah. 

Hadith #1: 
Sahih Muslim
007.3186 – Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: There are at the approaches of Madina angels so that plague and the Dajjal shall not penetrate into it.

Hadith #2:
Dajjal’s attempt to enter Medina in vain;
Sahih Muslim
007.3187 – Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Dajjal will come from the eastern side with the intention of attacking Medina until he will get down behind Uhud. Then the angels will turn his face towards Syria and there he will perish. Angels blocking the entrances to Medina from the Dajjal and of him settling on a barren land near Medina where every unbeliever will go to him after the land therein rocks thrice; 

Hadith#3:
Sahih Muslim
041.7032 – Anas b. Malik reported that Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: There will be no land which would not be covered by the Dajjal but Mecca and Medina, and there would no passage out of the passages leading to them which would not be guarded by angels arranged in rows. Then he (the Dajjal) would appear in a barren place adjacent to Medina and it would rock three times that every unbeliever and hypocrite would get out of it towards him.
That the angels are protecting the entries of Madina from plague and the Dajjal;

Hadith#4:
Malik’s Muwatta
045.45.4.16 – Yahya related to me from Malik from Nuaym ibn Abdullah al-Mujmir that Abu Hurayra said, “The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, ‘There are angels at the entries of Madina, and neither plague nor the Dajjal will enter it.’


These Ahadith alone prove that Dajjal WILL enter into the territory of Pakistan, and hence this no similarity to Madina Al-Munawwara. 
Coming to the logical and factual aspect,

1) The perception of the similar migration, might not be false, but is not altogether true as well. Pakistan is NOT the ONLY country to have a huge number of people migrate from one piece of the land to another. Iran has claimed topping the list as the world's largest refugee haven, mainly for Afghans and Iraqis. Iran also exhibits one of the steepest urban growth rates in the world, largely driven by internal MIGRATION from rural areas. Also if one digs into the history of Bosnia, Many Muslims migrated to the Ottoman Empire after the Austrian occupation in 1875. If these don’t seem to be convincing enough, There are 10 to 13 million Muslims in France, Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands, mostly immigrants and their children from North Africa, Turkey, and the Indian subcontinent. It is their religion and objective that matters. The most imminent migration of Afghan Muslims to another muslim countries i.e. Pakistan and Iran, resembles the migration of Muslims from mecca to medina during oppression and despite of such a huge similarity, the country cannot be said to possess the rank or qualities of Madina Al-Munawwara.

2) Hasn’t Allah (SWT)’s blessing always been on nations and its people who follow him and surrender to him? Allah (SWT) has always sent help to the righteous and pious when in jeopardy. 

It can also be differentiated that:

1) The Muslims of Makkah did NOT migrate to the city of Madinah Al-Munawwara seeking INDEPENDENCE from the people of Makkah. That migration was merely to secure themselves from the brutal atrocities. 
2) Pakistan was created based upon the two-nation theory, whereas, there was NO theory of separation/demarcation for the migration that took place 1400 years ago. 

Pakistan means land of the clean. It does not mean land of the pure, as some Pakistanis might fool you into believing, because "pak" means clean in Urdu and "stan" means land in Farsi, the "i" between "pak" and "stan" means "of" in Farsi and Urdu. In the languages of Pakistan and Iran the predicate always comes before the subject. Farsi is the national language of Iran, it is spoken also by a few people in Pakistan and other lands that used to be part of the ancient Persian empire. Urdu is the national language of Pakistan, it is a mix of many languages including Arabic, Persian (Farsi), Sanskrit, and Mongolian.

"Pakistan" has a double meaning, it was originally invented by Choudhary Rahmat Ali as an acronym for a future union of Punjab, Afghania, Kashmir, Iran, Sindh, Tukharistan, Afghanistan, and balochistaN. Choudhary Rahmat Ali was upset with how his invention of the word "Pakistan" has been misused with the creation of the much smaller divisive state of "Pakistan" out of united India. Just in case, the definition of the word “Pakistan” is still wanted –the word “Pakistan” came into existence considering the Muslim-majority areas of P-Punjab, A-Afghania (NWFP), K-Kashmir, S-Sindh and Tan-Blaochistan, summing up to “P-A-K-S-T-A-N” and later on the letter “I” was added for easier pronunciation as in “Uzbek-i-stan/Afghan-i-stan” etc. 


'Pakistan' is both a Persian and an Urdu word. It means “Land of the clean”.

  1. The purpose of creation the pakistan in the word of Quaid e azam(r.h)We should have a State in which we could live and breathe as free men and which we could develop according to our own lights and culture
    and where principles of Islamic social justice could find free play. With faith, discipline and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing worthwhile that you cannot achieve.

    Pakistan means Medina Tayyaba (Pakistan meaning from Persian into Arabic Pak...Tayyab....istan....Medina)

    Prophet Muhemmed [SM] loved this region that is why Iqbal said:

    میرِعرب کوآئی ٹھنڈی ہواجہاں سے
    میرا وطن وہی ہے، میرا وطن وہی ہے

    بت پرست in Makkah ..... Now only left in Endia

Muslim Pages on Facebook | What Happened To You ???

I was prompted to highlight this issue because people were going crazy on the social media specially facebook over the blasphemous anti-Islamic film.  Yes, the film is blasphemous and the makers of the film should be punished because there is a clear difference between freedom of speech and hate speech. But the thing that I am going to highlight is the pictures that are being spread all over the facebook, for example have a look at this one: Translates : Hitler writes in his book My Struggle that "If I had wanted I could have killed all the jews of the world but I left a few for the world to know why I killed them" Now, the book My Struggle was published in 1924 and the Holocaust happened in 1930, how could Adolf Hitler wrote about Holocaust six years prior to its happening ? Take a look at this picture:  Does the maker of this photo even know that it was Hitler's holocaust that led the zionists accelerate their activities in getting a homeland ? N
